RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Ensuring your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and our sales team is dedicated to getting your order right. However, should the need arise to return or redo your order, we have outlined some guidelines for your convenience.

If there’s an issue with your purchase—whether it deviates from the expected design, material, agreed-upon delivery date, or if the item is defective—we accept returns within 1 week from the delivery date. It’s important to note that we reserve the right to reject any return/exchanges if the order aligns with the agreed-upon terms during placement.

We kindly request that all items for return/redo are unused and undamaged, maintaining the exact condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags, if applicable. Describe the issue in detail based on the agreed-upon order, and provide pictures if necessary.

If an item is out of stock due to a defect, we will inquire whether you prefer a replacement with an alternative or a refund.

Cancellations:

Please be aware that we cannot accept cancellations once an order is placed. If you decide to cancel after placing the order, a fee will be charged based on the progress of the order, up to the full amount if production has started.
